Have we given a shape to your idea? Our staff will support you during the production phase and during the shipment process from our factory to your warehouse.

Our detailed production cycle

Phase 1

Project pianification

You and our staff will first check the feasibility of your customized gadget project.

Project development

The second phase involves the real development of your project starting from the creation of a graphic rendering of your customized items.

Fase 3

Order production

Your customized order will be included in our monthly production cycles which start on the 15th of each month and end as approximately 35 working days from that date.

Order Shipment

Unless otherwise requested by direct air shipment, the shipment of your customized order will be combined with the shipment of our monthly order. The loading time on container is approximately 7 days from the end of production date and the arrival time in port is approximately 30 days from the departure date of the ship (except for delays due to force majeure).

Final delivery

Once the goods are ready, in a couple of working days we will receive the shipment and we will give your customized order to the courier for final delivery to your warehouse.
